Prenuptial Agreements
Prenuptial agreements are contracts entered into before marriage that set forth the rights and responsibilities of the parties in the event of a divorce. Prenuptial agreements are used most often when one or both parties have significant property prior to their marriage that they want to protect if they should divorce.
